Topic: DPR Interview; How did it go, guyz?

An emergency meeting of the Federal Executive Council has begun, with President Goodluck Jonathan chairing it.
The meeting, which began at noon at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja, is discussing the nationwide protests over the removal of fuel subsidy and the general strike fixed for January 9, 2012 by the Nigeria Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress.
The meeting began at 12.15pm.
Vice-President Namadi Sambo; Labour Minister, Emeka Wogu; and the Minister of National Planning, Shamsudeen Usman, are among those in attendance.
Absent from the meeting are Finance Minister, Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and Petroleum Minister, Mrs. Dieziani Alison-Madueke.
FEC last met on December 21 and adjourned till January 11.

@All I called a friend dat work at DPR abuja 2day to ask him what d situation is concerning d release of our appointment letter. he told me dat we are suppose to receive d letter soon dis month, but d current fuel subsidy crisis may delay d release. pls sakubu, debrown and others what is ur view on dis
