1. Commercial Director:
Responsibilities:
- Support business planning process
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and profitability
- Develop brand strategies to achieve a diversified and competitive portfolio
- Manage team and individual performance
Qualification and Requirements:
- A university degree in any related field.
- Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years cognate experience
- Each candidate must be ICT proficient and possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
2. Sales Manager (Sponsorship):
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to manage the client pipeline, suggesting, developing and delivering a sales strategy for rights holder clients
- Proactive prospecting to generate meetings with potential sponsors for rights holder clients
- Attend meetings with potential new sponsors where appropriate
- Act as the rights holder’s key day to day contact, providing regular reporting and updates as required
- Work with Sales Manager to advise existing clients on how to grow their properties
- Participate in pitch and new business activity as required
- Create new business materials (presentations etc.) as required
- Consistent accurate usage and management of the company database
- Provide Sales Manager with regular updates on sales activity and pipelines
- Secure income for the right’s holder and meet sales targets set
- Work as a member of the new business team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Sales Manager, Retail & Advertising:
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets as set by the Sales Director
- Sell Advertising Spots & Broadcast Sponsorship opportunities.
- Interacting with existing and potential advertisers at a senior level.
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns to ensure they most effectively meet clients’ advertising goals.
- Monitor and identify trends within the industry to identify potential business opportunities.
- Create new ideas to increase advertising revenue.
- Day to day selling of advertising Cold calling
- Conduct regular client visits to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage advertising campaign from sale through to completed ad production
- Prospect for, qualify and sign new accounts
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a degree in relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience
- Good communication skills
4. Brand Marketing Manager:
· Leading the marketing of all products and services to maximise revenue and profitability.
· Taking accountability for all brand activation, look, feel and development across all of the business areas interfacing with supporters and sponsors
· Liaising regularly with internal stakeholders in ticketing, sponsorship, sales, PR, media, community and hospitality divisions
· Further ad hoc responsibilities and projects as required
· Solid understanding of Social media platforms, latest strategy and techniques preferable
5. Corporate Communications Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Directs the implementation of corporate communications tactics
- Develops and evaluates corporate communications strategies
- Serves as a project manager for selecting corporate communications initiatives within assigned areas
- Recognizes the need for research, manage the implementation and apply the results to the planning process to develop corporate communications strategies
- Participates in the assessment and development of proposed new services, programs and product lines that evolve from market research analysis
- Collects relevant information and independently writes and edits press releases and articles
- Follows up with Media & Public Relations regarding pending releases as assigned
- Works collaboratively with the Director, Corporate Communications to coordinate across broadcast and print Media & Public Relations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification and Requirements:
- University degree in related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Result oriented.
