Topic: DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE

Greetings to my fellow hot jobbers.please i have a cousin who went for the usual NYSC orientation camp,but unfortunately could not get allong any longer because he got a job offer.wanting to find out if there is anybody in the house that might have any connection as to his obtaining his discharge certificate(i mean Abuja tins).Guess he is ready to foot the bills involved.Thanks & a feedback in anticipation.
