Topic: NYSC discharge number

Hi everyone,

Hw has it been? Thanks for all the good work you've bn doing.

Please i need help from the house to clear an issue that has caused arguement btwn me and my friend. Is the NYSC discharge number the number on the top right hand corner of the certificate or the one written on the certificate which is a combination of the state and call-up numbers?

IT IS THE ONE ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER AND NOT THE COMBINATION OF THE CALL UP AND STATE NUMBERS
