pls does it mean without original trascript one cannot able to sumit the forms. because i have my trascript but is photocopy during one of my applications. can they collect that one?

i heard it has to be original transcript and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope from ur sch....

can someone tell me where to get the scratchcard in osun state? i also need to know the website link to the form urgently

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it. But, whenever I click submit, the error report i get is "column scratch card no cannot be null".Did u experience same?
