there was no mentioning of transcript when i was filling the online forms. But i think we would have to submit it wit the printed forms when submitting at the scholarship boards. Just have it handy cos u never can tell cos a friend that did his last year submitted his transcript. ....

i didnt encounter these problems. mine was straight forward with no hitches.

SEYEOLA, SUMBIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT WITH THE FORM: COPIES OF EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, INCLUDE YOUR SSCE RESULT, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, LGA IDENTIFICATION LETTER; 3 REFEREES FORM WHICH U DOWNLOAD FROM THE WEBSITE IN SEAL ENVOLPE, ACKNOWELGMENT SLIP WITH PASSPOR ATTACHED AND THE ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPT. I WISH YOU SUCCESS, I DO HOPE FROM SOUTH SOUTH, THEM,WE WILL MEET AT UNICAL FOR THE EXAMS ON JAN/FEB

u can get the card now in port harcourt. go to first bank headquarter before park.i bought my yesterday in that branch.

Application Guidelines
1. The application form comprises of Different sections

Section 1. Personal Details.
Section 2. Family Details.
Section 3. Educational Background.
Section 4. Employment Details.
Section 5. Programme Details.

A. All applicants must submit three reference forms, acknowledgement slip and all copies of certificates/credentials to Secretary of State Scholarship Board nearest to you within three weeks of publication.

B. Non-Academic Reference form should be endorsed by a Nigerian citizen of reputable
status other than a family member or relative who can vouch for your integrity.

2. All sections must be completed by candidates; if any information is not applicable to you please write NA.

3. Make sure you print your data page (this will be printed at the end of filling the online form) and submit same to Secretary of State Scholarship Board nearest to you.

4. Affix one passport photograph each on the two acknowledgement slips provided, (please you are to retain one of the slip for identification at the exams venue and the other to be submitted with copies of the forms and credentials).

5. All PhD must have secured valid admission before applying.

dabosuker, you need 2 submit ur transcript according to what i heard.
deadline for submission is 3wks from publication. so that will be 2weeks from now i suppose.
