This is concerning the test written in delta.
the organising was bad after sending txt to pple to come and write the test they didnt make provision for them.it was really bad even those that came and theirs names were called to write could not cause they said their question question was not enough so they balloted which is unheard of.so pple did nt write and i heard they are nt marking all.
