u guys are really wonderful, read dis page the day i had an interview with Access Bank. could u believe that the major question they asked was about my strengths and weaknesses.i just provided the answers l read on this page.
U mean that one that held early this year, I av been waiting 4 it too but it seems they don do their regular selection process behind closed doors. forget that one, try next time or others.
what can i say if an interviewer asks when can i resume, can i say anytime they call me or tell them that i will give my current company a month notice before leaving

.. i was lucky to av received an invitation from finbank for an HR position about three months ago... tru a friend.. and i was asked to tell d panel what i would like to become in 5years to come, i simply answered i wud like to be great, a lady asked again ..pls say more on that ..
i quickly answered .. i hope to become soludo of the CBN, the expressions were sad,at once i knew i had lost d job..

oh.... you really fumbled, this is a very common question for entry level profesionals which required you tell them how you intend to be great with out genarating more questions like you did. You can go like this, my expectations are that i want to be great. To do that i must be able to channel my energies and experties into those areas my company and employer need. So in a couple of years i hope to have become a thorough professional with a clear understanding of the company,and where the biggest challanges and therefore oppurtunites lie. By that time, my goals for the future should be sharply defined. Hope i answered your question cos i am new to forum
