    Hi....
    1. Your ideal job..ur answer should describe a role rather than a specific job because most comapnies now look for people that are flexible to fit a number of roles (i.e people capable of multitasking). Your ideal job is a job that will challenge you, motivate you and consistently inspire you to to give your best to the job...(in essence you'll be describing the kind of job you can do).
    2. Why u chose this career...this delves a bit into your personal &professional profile togeda. U have to emphasize that you have always been interested in pursuing a career in that field cos of the challenges and rewards it brings...it would be good to give examples of specific personal or professional steps u've taken that show your interest in the career beyond just getting a job.
    3. Why should we hire you...here you have to sell urself and your uniqueness, your strengths, your willingness and ability to make a unique impact and contribution to the company.

    Hi there,
I agree with Yinka. You have to give some time to think about the things he is suggesting. I'll try not to repeat what he's saying.

Question 1. It could be the company wishes to know whether you are the "perfect" fit for the vacancy they have. They probably may not reveal the job details. In that light, it would be helpful to know the nature of their business and figure out the type of people they need.

For instance, do they require someone who would closely follow instructions or someone who can work independently or someone capable of giving the right instructions to get the job done?

In all your ideal job should make good use of the skills you have developed.

Question 2. This question touches how you think and make decisions? Did you chose your career path by yourself or did someone tell you what to do? If you chose it yourself, what informed your choice. Was it something you noticed around you (then you must be an observant person, probably passionate)? Was it something you knew you would be good at (then you must really understand yourself and your capabilities)? Questions like that would help you answer this well.

Question 3. You can't just say that you are the best choice and leave it at that, you have got to show it by the skills, knowledge, attitude and/or experiences you would be bringing into the company. By now you should have a knowledge of your major skills - market them and ensure you have some good example.

    Best Wishes.
