well for the first question standard reply like help to promote the ideals of the company, use your skills and training for the benefit of the bank. You dont wanna say that you are going to increase their profit to me its shows desperation and dont forget you are a rookie in banking so keep it as simple as possible. Its not a bad idea to say you are going to work with the rest of the team on ground to make sure the bank stays at the peak of the industry and in what ever capacity you given to work you are going to be exceptional and put in your best.


For the second and third question tell them you would use your mech
engr skills and any other skills aquired on the job all for the benefit of the bank. This is a plus cos u have the advantage of two skills to use for their benefit. Also a mech engr can work as a laison officer between the bank and its other biz ventures, you can also help to manage the bank's machineries lets say you can act as the in house consultant.

The possibilities are endless. But this i believe is a fair idea you can build on these
