Topic: salary structure of Nigerian Banks

[color=green]well i dont know the payment structure of these banks but my worries is that there is no hope for those who do not have relations in these banks and i feel the appropriate regulatory body should checkmate the issue of salary in our banking system.

hi,who says ACCESS bank pays high? do u know what is the pay? or u r speculating ,cos i know GTB,OCEANIC AND CITI group these are they highest paying banks so far

access is currently paying 2.6m basic

I think Zenith bank and bank PHB pays very high but u ve to start from somewhere b4 looking 4 d one dt pays very high. i know dt u ve very high ambition. Dont worry, God will surely see us true.

nigerian banks are doing great when it comes to paying their workers, but i think zenith bank rates highest

Please, stop giving information when you are not sure. As at present, Access bank pays the highest. 2.6m per annum but 400,000 is attached to your efficiency which can only be determined by your meeting up with your target

Start from somewhere before you start looking for the best.

Big or small, I know nigerian banks still pays better than most private establishments.

IntercontinentalBank just reviewed ETs pay to 2.6m (top secret o)
Oceanic is about that too, Zenith doesnt come close @all, GTB's face value's 2.2m, IBTC - 1.8m, BankPHB - 2.2m, ETB too pays high but u know say na one kind 1Man Compaany be dat (its about 2.4m or so)....
May i tel u something...some of these figures are face values, TakeHome Pay differs...Am talking from experience o....
