Topic: Shell Shortlists(Thats what my applications status states)

Unconfirmed source says they are looking to combined those on waiting list of last year with the successful applicants of this year and that there may likely be a straight interview instead of aptitude tests.

Ufoma, bmyself, engineerharry and kau pls clearify me on how to apply for the local opportunities, am already registered but each time i try to submit an application a window comes up to tell me i hv my CV already w

@ufoma77, i know a friend who's from one of the south western states , whose application status also is "shortlisted" and he applied on the 23rd.

the local opportunities position doesn't seem to be open anymore. But you just keep checking.

Thanks a lot, at least with this we have clarification as concerns those that were shortlisted. Thou i wonder if the date is jst coincidental or maybe d guy dat handled that day was nice.

I really do not know what is happening to guys complaining about the closed vacancy. I sent in an application yesterday 6th April and it went successfully. So I believe the application is still open. Maybe you re doing something wrong or your browser has a fault.
The website is www.shell.com/careers. When the paid loads click on Apply as a student or a graduate, on the next page, you either click on the map of africa if you have adobe flash installed or click on "Do not have a map..." than select Africa on the next page then on the next page, click apply now. Options will be displayed, choose employment. You will then be required to register with your email and confirm your email. Then go back to the login page and click submit application to start your application.

I wish you the best. Do not be discouraged. I believe THE APPLICATION IS STILL ON. I Sent in one yesterday.

Guys shell is recruiting but not SITP as some people are supposing.

Note that those from Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta will be given priorities, no say i tell you oooooooo.

Nwoko_emmanuel, you got it all it wrong, you need to choose Nigeria as your country of residence before you apply.I think you must have chosen the UK as your country of residence.Correct me if I'm wrong; you were given two options of employment and internship to choose from under the UK.
If you choose Nigeria, you'll find out that there are no positions.

kau, YOU ARE WRONG! I choose AFRICAN, and Choose NIGERIA as my place of residence.
