Topic: Shell Shortlists(Thats what my applications status states)

I applied on 29/03/2010 and my own still read application received

Am really not sure if the application has closed. I applied on 30th March. But for those having difficulty applying I really wish I could post the detailed steps for applying because it a very comprehensive process and am not using a desktop browser to send this post. By Monday, when I get a desktop browser, I'll post the detailed steps. I pray the application will still be valid by then. You'll hear from me on monday at the earliest opportunity. Thanks.

@Oilprince, i dont think the application is closed. My guess is that u are not doing application ryt. check out this link http://www.shell.com/home/page/careers/student_graduate/how_to_apply/my_application/app_myapplication_graduates.html after which click on login before u click on submit application (thats if u ve a login with them already, otherwise u need to do the registration procedure). After clicking the submit application it shld come up with the local opportunities thing. From there u can take it up. It's actually a lengthy application. I had to spend close to 2hrs filing.... the thing was lengthy wit a lot of questions that need thinking b4 filling.... try that and lets see. i cant follow the procedure again bcos i already ve an active application.

when exactly did you apply?

hello all..lets be patient and watch out 4 things to unfold....but maybe u should note that shell is only interested in applicants from Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta state...candidates with 2.1 stands a better chance of been shortlisted

pls is this application thing stil on b/cos the website reads there is no vacancy in this area.i have tried several times.

Please does any one have further info on Shell?

Peeps, especially kau, pls i cant seem to find my way to the local opportunity!!! After i chosse africa and continue, it always leads where i have to select country.it ends up telling me there are no vacancies at the moment. Pls help!!
