The invite is primarily for interviews, but you will be required to take a short test preceding the interview. That's why you were asked to come with writing materials, cv and credentials. About 20-30 persons are likely to be taken, this program was done last year and my judgement is based on what that. Any changes can apply. Do your best and pray hard to go through.
