    @rasaqdayo. dont be hasty. the job is not in Port Harcourt. rivers state. most likely it would be at their omoku power plant in rivers state.
    @seudocode. bond? well. I wonder what that is. how can you sign a bond when you dont know the value of the training yet. what if you are just given minimal training and you have already signed a bond that you cant leave or you pay six million?
