Does it mean that even if upload four files remaining one they wunt process your application

wht of those files that are nt up to 100kb?

You can add a big flat file to make it 100kb. Lol..

According the d instruction on the site, you are meant to upload a maximum size of 100kb. That means anything less than 100kb is equally good.

My concern is that initially it was maximum of 150KB and some of us already uploaded with this info. What happens in this case since one cannot edit again?

If you've already uploaded before then there's no problem, your documents are already in their system and no need to edit anything...hope that helps
