Yeah, thank you all for cleansing this thread. When I read those remarks made by a fellow jobseeker to a Newbie I was not happy just that I didn't have time to reply. I appreciate his humility and also the Newbie's seasoned words( he did not use derogatory terms which is against GOD'S will)
