After the induction,the new employees will go home and wait for the invitation to the trainin venue.majority will receive this invite while very few wil not.remember the offer is subjected to police clearance and medicals.the corporation will not want to train someone who uses a fake result,who is not fit medically,and who is a criminal.these together with those who did not pick the offer,neccesitate the reason for the waiting list.the big question is who will make the list?is it on merit or a compesation to those big guys in the corporation?
