gbenga..u dont need to write any exam...there will be a branch in your location...consult them and submit ur credentials with them expecialy ur degree result and other results relevant to your application and if you have any evedence that you have worked in an engineering company before..add it...but as to how fast it will be depends on the pple in that branch...whre are u precisesly so i can give advice on whre u can go
