I replied to people who said I said definately letters will be given this week, but al I said is MOST LIKELY!!!.
Regarding the number, It is a reliable source but a sad development which most pple are not comfortable with....but we wil al mek it by God grace.

I dont know y it was reduce or it is even really reduced...just feel like sharing what I heard
