I so much appreciate the contributions of everyone on this forum. 4real u guys r wonderfull. @All: Lets face dis fact,we always want to hear d sweat part of the news abt dis process even myself.4real,no infor is 100% reliable n certain. Some r just speculation, presumption, assumption and mere-say. 4real,i spoke wit a top manager in DPR n he said,no body in DPR even know wen letters wud b released. He said they just got a new DG nd he has to settle down before anything and managt has to decide(which they have not cos most hv even gone for xmas break) He even said he is so dissapointd in the process cos it almost two years now,dat i should put it in prayers(we knw govnt na). About the additional names; which i dnt knw hw d 48 or 50 names came about(cos no forumite has seen dat list). he said 'no exalt number yet,but more names wud b added as even jonathan has made employment his piority next year bt dis additional list wud b more of managemt' (kalokalo said something abt dis too). My fellow hopefulls, now this race is not to swift or d most connected but d mercy of God. Keep the hope alive we shall get there. Merry xmas to y'll.

Broda man OSCARNOVIC: What I find most amusing bat your post is the way you started it "I so much appreciate the contributions of everyone on this forum". It is a sweetner meant to conceal your intention- to spark off a flurry of argument etc. But, u see, we've grown beyond that stage in this thread. This thread is not a competition for who can score the most points in posts and information. If ur information differs from your neighbour's just post it *(as long as you're sure of it). The house can seive out the thrash from the fact. Don't kill ppl's morale. At the end of the day, we all have the same objective- to work at DPR. God bless, Dennis Bergkamp.

dailytrust.com.ng/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=15044 8:2012-budget-petroleum-ministry-to-spend-86-on-recurrent&catid=3:business&Itemid=3 The Ministry of Petroleum Resources would spend 86 percent of its 2012 budgetary allocation on recurrent expenditure and only 14 percent on capital projects, the breakdown for the 2012 budget obtained by Daily Trust shows.

The total budget allocated to the ministry is N59.6 billion. Out of this, recurrent expenditure would gulp N51.3 billion, while capital vote would get only N8.3 billion.

According to the breakdown, the main ministry would spend N3.317 billion; Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board, N2.110 billion; Petroleum Training Institute, N11.153 billion; and Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority, N1.013 billion.

Others include the Petroleum Equalization Fund, which is to spend N203.348 million; Department of Petroleum Resources, N35.9 billion; and Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency, N5.810 billion.

@dennis: my broda dnt hnw wat u meant by sparking of a furry argument n scoring off of points. Haba na,it hsnt gotten to dat na. I hv been following dis thread n i appreciate very one's contributions. I aslo follow proceedings myself outside dis thrend and i hv personally gone to DPR twice dis month.(no one on dis thread has seen d aditional list n d exalt number,sm say 48 n 50,bt names were added frm wat i heard),and no one can authoritatively tell tell u letter wud b issued on dis day nt even d director due to d unpredictability od govmt issues . My broda d anxiety n desperation in d hosue is so much,we have to kill it guys. if i hv been waitin for dis DPR list i wud hv missed so many tins. 4real,jan is d month we shuld b looking out for now frm all indications ,im not tryin to kill anyone's hope cos im in d race together.ok. We r all here to share infor. We just have to chill n enjoy dis xmas. Hope very much alive broda.
