Just to confirm that I heard clearly the white fat guy mention "We will get back to you guys in 2 weeks time" while addressing all the candidates after the skill Test at Canton Concourse. However, people who have had similar MOBIL SKILL TEST experience should be able to tell us the ideal expected time to be contacted after the test. Anyway, their 2weeks is yet to be elapsed, so LETS KEEP HOPE ALIVE BECAUSE ITS OUR SEASON OF LAUGHTER!JESUS CHRIST, THE LIVING HOPE!ACCEPT HIM INTO YOUR LIFE TODAY AND HE WILL HELP YOU IN THE JOURNEY THROUGH LIFE!

Pls guys. I want to confirm something on the skills test we did. Where we were to shade the ans, there were 3 different parts. Did they say we should leave the first part (where we wrote our courses) vacant or not?

@Denass, I believe we were required to answer the first section in the 1st part of the answer sheet and the 2nd in the 2nd part of the answer sheet.
Any news yet?

Yes, experience Safety/Environmental Engineers were invited for the skill test. And nobody has been invited for the next stage i.e. Intray exercise and interview.

@geek & all PLEASE wat does the next stage looks like? Is it discipline based or just some general behavorial stuff?

Can you shed more light on this "in-tray exercise"? Tomorrow will make it 3weeks since the skills test was while 2 weeks was specified with regards to contacting of successful people. Any additional insight on this? Thanks

This silence is so thick it can damage a car on collision. Worst case, no one or a very very small no passed the test.

I kept telling myself that. I find it hard to believe the next stage will pass without hearing a word of it. But the silence is indicating so...

Well, I refuse to believe that successful applicants have been contacted. Remember we experienced this kind of silence before the skill test. Two weeks will not always be two weeks or even two months as long as humans are involved. So, lets keep hopes alive peeps.

Guys chillax. A friend serving at Mobil told me that they've not started calling for interview. Finger crossed stil o.....

My besty jus received a call like 20mins ago to come for interview on monday! So it's coming out small small...

Yeah, they have been calling successful guys for Interview. . . it's not based on course of study but on case to case basis. I don't know if calls will continue tomorrow but it is most likely as everybody will not be interviewed the same day.

please in case we are called, i would like to know if this is the last interview.

Please does anyone know if emails are being sent as well or it's just phone calls because I am not available on my phone right now and it will be very sad to miss such a call

Why call rather than the traditional way of sending mail. I don't trust this!

pluto they'll still send mails....they jus called to ask if he'll be available for the interview on monday and dat a mail will be sent to him concernin the interview.....

So from wat u r saying..they will call u first to confirm before they send the mail..my point is wat if u a can't be reached on phone in the first instance..??

Ok. What I mean is that they will be following a list of successful ones on the paper depending on the date of interview. If there will be other interviews on Tuesday, Wednesday and so on, then they will probably be calling the guys today as the case may be. After that the mails will be dispatched. Meanwhile, I can say to a 75% certainty that it is NOT only those who received calls that will receive mails.

An organization has the right to choose any formal means of communication to contact its applicants. I was among the very first people that received this call but when I opened this page, there was nothing on the thread and I had doubts. I went straight to google the phone number and straight it went to ExxonMobil. The guy (name I withhold) said the mails will be sent later and the call was to inform people (probably those living outside Lagos) so they can start making arrangements and preparations.

Any HSE Engineer invites for d interview?
