A highly reputable company in Lagos is in dire need of a Customer Relation Officer


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Relates with customers; both external and internal.
  • Act as the Front Desk Officer
  • Deals with customer related issues & also proffer solutions.
  • Develops and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Analyse customer feedbacks and initiate changes.
  • Create and maintain an up - to- date customer contact database.
  • Follow- up on customers before, during and after sales.
  • Liaise with other departments with respect to customer sales, services and after sales services.
  • Provide pro-forma invoices.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Send SMS to customers and potential customers on a regular basis ( monthly, special occasions, etc)
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.


Required Skills and Competencies
  • Good knowledge of customer service and standards.
  • Good communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Smart appearance (dressing).
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Can effectively handle complaints, especially from unpleasant customers.
  • Has eye for details.
  • High level of initiative.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower in Social Sciences.
  • At least, one year cognate experience in a similar position
