Reports to: Admin Manager

Summary of Functions
First point of contact (Vital or Real) between Companies and valued Clientele.
Responsible for maintaining customer relationship by creating positive interactions between customers and the company and providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers.

JOB & PERSON SPECIFICATION
· Female aged between 21- 35 years.
· A good university first degree is required.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.
· Ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and other internal and external workers.
· Proficency in the use of office Automation Equipment is essential.
· Impressive Corporate personality
· Must be Computer savvy.
· Good reasoning ability
Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos and other documents to conduct business.
