    Honesty I really doubt that. They tell you there is no right or wrong answers yet they dropped ppl after the first. The way the personality thing work is that it generates a score...and then if yours fall within the range of scores they want( for the first and second personality tests) then U'll make it to the next stage....every score or range of scores on the OPQ represent different personlaity make ups and they know want they want for their job. One can get a glimpse of that in their core values of excellence, team work and leadership. I personally dont believe in the effectiveness of these tests as one can just form an opinion from their culture and get into that mindset for all the personality tests and even interview....     I think I agree with @solid's point, esp about the timing; its possible that people were screened out @ d 1st stage cos of this since taking all the time in the world to answer would translate to falsified results. After all is said and done, its still God and God alone that rules in the affairs of men. Hope we make it thru. Sorry if I'm talking too much buh I'm just prepping my mind for a +ve outcome.
