Romanspage Global is a business support service firm that specialises in CV data bank management, Recruitment and Selection.
Our client is one of the top five automobile firms in Nigeria and dues to expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an IT officer purposely for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.



Job Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
  
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
  
• Replacing parts as required;
  
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
  
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
  
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
  
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
  
• Testing and evaluating new technology;
  
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  
• Incharge of all I.T needs
  
• Engage in minor graphic amendments

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science
  
• 2-3years experience in an I.T role
  
• Experience in Graphics design is an added advantage
  

Other Requirements

• Good understanding of graphics design
  
• Digital requirements in FB, website small jobs etc.
  
• Must be versatile in the use of other I.T tools
  
• Must exhibit good organizational and communication skills with excellent command of spoken and written English Must be a team player
