A client of ours, an Automobile company with interest in increasing productivity is seeking application from interested candidates with experience in Accounts and Finance.


Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Finance and Accounting activities of the company and their Subsidiaries
• Support and supervise junior accounting staff to ensure the effective operation of the finance and accounts departments
• Ensure that the financial policies /procedures of the company are implemented Efficiently and in line with generally accepted accounting practices
• Manage the bank and treasury processes of the company Institute adequate financial control systems and processes to secure the assets and efficient operation of the organization
• Develop key financial processes including budgeting, management & financial accounting/reporting
• Daily management accounts Monthly management reports and analyses Monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and variation reporting
• Work closely with the Head of Finance and Account

Educational Qualification

• BSc/HND in Accounting or other related field
• A professional accounting qualification is compulsory (ACA, ACCA)
• A minimum of 5 years post-NYSC relevant professional experience in accounting

Other Requirements

• Knowledge of IFRS Practical use of Oracle- SAGE, SAP
• In-depth cost accounting ability
• Must have excellent hands-on accounting experience
• Must exhibit good organizational and communication skills with excellent command of spoken and written English Must be a team player
