A client of ours, an Automobile company with interest in increasing productivity is seeking application from interested candidates with the drive for sales, enthusiastic, goal driven and highly persuasive individuals to fill the role of Sales Consultants.
DESCRIPTION
The Sales Executive will be responsible for hitting targets, ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements and must be comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base. He/She will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
DUTIES
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles;
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport;
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile;
- Provides sales management information by completing reports;
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
- Selling automobiles in accordance with targets set by the Sales Manager ;
- Delivering excellent customer care ensuring that customers are happy with their purchase and building your client base with recommendations of repeat business;
- Highlight extra products such as accessories or after-sales service;
- Keep existing and potential customers informed about new vehicles and deals;
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- BSc/HND in any field;
- Certification in Sales & Marketing also an added advantage;
- 2-4 years experience in sales and marketing;
- Experience in the sales of automobile is needed;
- Financial Skills;
- Documentation Skills;
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Resilience;
- Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal;
- Ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activity to secure new business;
- A good head for figures and understanding of personal finance issues;
- Good eye for detail;
- A confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base;
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated;
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer liaison and satisfaction skills;
- Self-confidence and an outgoing personality;
- Good negotiating skills and a persuasive manner;
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines and stay calm under pressure;
- Confidence to work alone without direct supervision;
