Senior Sales Executives & Marketing Consultants Wanted For Instant Employment by A Fast Growing Multimillion Naira Real Estate Development, Investment, Training and Publishing Firm Based in Lagos.

Job Profile & Description

The job entails delivering a broad range of real estate products and services to clients in order to increase the company profits. The sales consultants will work hand in hand with the Marketing Director to open up new business opportunities, prepare sales proposals, presentation and quotations that puts the firm in a good stead to garner more subscribers and win contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.
  2. Maintaining contacts with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy.
  3. Take our prospective clients and subscribers on a tour of our existing estate projects and for site visitation.
  4. Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  5. Delivering presentations of the company’s real estate products and services at conferences, customer sites, seminars and exhibitions.
  6. Meeting the company’s annual sales goals and targets.
  7. Installing and presenting our projects to clients.
  8. Attending the group meetings and trade exhibitions of likely prospects.
  9. Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
  10. Delivering platform presentations, publications, posters at conferences.
  11. Producing daily and monthly sales reports.
  12. Testing every new product or service released by the company to support the services and product development team of the firm.
  13. Providing the feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
  14. Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company.
  15. Assisting in the identification of opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products.
  16. Sharing relevant data about the market in facilitating the ease of retrieval, recording, and use of information.
  17. Negotiating the agreement terms for sales and closing down sales.
  18. Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.

Education and Qualifications
  1. Relevant degree – BSc, HND or equivalent in sales and any marketing related field.
  2. Professional marketing certifications or membership of such bodies will be a plus.
  3. Related experience in real estate marketing and sales or any other form of marketing would be an added advantage.
  4. OND graduates with excellent marketing experience in relevant fields can apply.

The salary of our sales consultants is very attractive and depending on the performance of such persons and the annual income of the organization there’s no limit to what you can earn working with us.
