A vehicle tracking company based in Lagos, with offices in Lagos Island wishes to empoly a Customer Services Officer
Job Description:
Receive and manage all calls from customers or enquirers on
product and services
Follow up customers by phone, email
Analyze and log all customer issues.
Coordinate installations with installers and customers
Consistently measure customer satisfaction
Follow up calls to prospective and existing clients
Update and manage Customer database
Retrieval, Analysis and feedback to customers from internal database
Maintenance and updates of the Company Website.
Prepare weekly reports
Other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by your
immediate superior and the MD/CEO
Job is in Lagos
Requisites:
Experience of at least one year in customer service unit
IT literate.
Excellent written and communication skills
Proactive and able to work under little or no supervision
Excellent people skills
Responsible, organized and efficient.
