guys why u na dey do lik dis.which kind interview.them talk say longlisted is it the same as short listed.every body that registered will get the msg longlisted,but few will get shortlisted after the test ok.1lov

I also got the mail and I think the first stage has to do with written test, since the mail said "you will hear from our testing partners". Please what we all need is specifics on their test format.
