PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver sales and growth for the IAC Training businesses.
2. Works with training colleagues to develop and implement new training products and course offerings
3. Develops and maintains the training sales opportunities pipeline along with defining growth plans
4. Works with Sales Director to execute sales plan to ensure sale achieve commitment to IAC
5. Manages sales agreement as well as interfaces with sales director to ensure price policy adherence
6. Acts as the customer interface in building a long term relationships.
7. Negotiate, pursue and close long term training contract proposals with airlines, oil& gas and other organization
8. identify and develop new customers for products and services.
9. Identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
10. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
11. Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
12. Manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
13. Participate in the development of new project proposals.

14. Development of company marketing and communications materials.
15. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
16. Preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
17. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
