A phamaceutical company in Lagos Mainland is in need of an experienced Human Resource Manager who will also be responsible for Admin Management.

Candidate must have extensive knowledge and must have managed about 100 employees. He must live within Lagos Mainland axis.
Thequalification and experience:· Must be male with minimum of M.Sc in Social Science or any other relateddiscipline· At least 5 – 7 years of experience inadmin/HR management· Extensive experience in all aspects ofvendor/supplier management
The responsibilities for this role includes but not limited to:
· Ability to manage multiple priorities· Strong negotiation and management capacity excellentinterpersonal project and change management skills; self-motivated, diligentand enthusiast with a winning mentality· Maintains the work structure byupdating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.· Maintainsorganization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewingprogram; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzingexit interviews; recommending changes.· Prepares employeesfor assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and trainingprograms.· Maintains a pay plan byconducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.· Ensures planning,monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers tocoach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences withemployees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees andsupervisors.· Maintains employeebenefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessingbenefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management;directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefitcontract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educationalprograms on benefit programs.· Ensures legalcompliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal andstate requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records;representing the organization at hearings.· Maintains managementguidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies andprocedures.· Maintains historicalhuman resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping pastand current records.· Maintains professionaland technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; participating inprofessional societies.· Completes humanresource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;following up on work results.· Maintains humanresource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.· Establishing effective operatingpolicies and processes· Comprehensive understanding & experience of purchasingstrategies and also inventory management· Manage costs through effective utilizationof personnel, materials and equipment · Extensive knowledge of purchase ordersystems and related software
