Admin/Human Resources Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play an overall role of articulating and implementing all HR strategies, policies and procedures; providing guidance to Management Team on all matters relating to employees. The candidate will also take charge of the administrative issues/matters arising in the company.

He or she will be expected to:
• Understand the strategic and operational needs of the organization and match these with the necessary HR strategies
• Attract, develop and retain talented and committed employees
• Build a motivating employee reward system
• Develop value-generating processes of managing knowledge, skills and abilities of all employees.
• Provide logistics support that will enable the Company's human resources utilize their capabilities and maximize their potentials
• Manage industrial relationship effectively and foster harmony
• Enhance communication and employee compliance with corporate standard.
• Administer efficient running of the company.

Requirements
• Relevant Bachelor's degree from a reputable University in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience at managerial level in a structured corporate environment
• Good numerical and communication abilities
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and familiar with HR packages
• Professional membership of CIPMN will be an advantage
• Good team building ability and effective coordinating skill
• Age not more than 40 years.
