Position - Shared Service Manager

Key Performance Areas

  • Ensure that all contact with Kadick is handled professionally and in a friendly manner.
  • Manage issues relating to personnel policy (pay, welfare, performance management etc)
  • Produce monthly financial reports and ensure that the month end closing is done correctly and to time.
  • Provide financial analysis and report for the company’s operation.
  • Ensure that the company’s cash flow is appropriate.
  • Monitor the cash office for compliance and safe operations.
  • Ensure that all bank account are being operated effectively.
  • Manage all relationships relating to Bankers, Suppliers and Creditors.
  • Produce monthly reports and process transactions in line with the month end closing timetable.
  • Prepare financial statements, analysis and schedules for management use.
  • Responsible for the preparation and management of the company’s budget and project and report on their performances.
  • Ensure that all required insurance policies are in place and premiums are paid as and when due.
  • Develop adequate financial controls and reporting system to meet business needs.
  • Ensure prompt payment and correct payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the tax implications of all transactions relating to the company.
  • Drive the formulation and implementation of effective performance management system that would help sustain a performance driven culture and ensure appropriate balance between staff’s personal and organizational goals.
  • Monitor the performance of all staff members and identify their training needs for the purpose of staff development.
  • Ensure that all PPPs relating to security of Kadick’s assets (human and materials) are adequate and appropriate and are all complied with at all times.
  • Ensure that all Kadick facilities are insured ,well maintained and are in good working condition at all times.
  • Identify credible organization and individual supplier that can service the need of the organization.
  • Ensure that the terms of the contract are to the best advantage of Kadick and complied by all parties concerned.
  • Responsible for ensuring that no purchase is made without due authorization.
  • Has oversight of the company’s procurement function and ensure that the organization gets the value for resources deployed.
  • Manage the drivers, security officers and other such employees for maximum productivity and compliance.


Qualifications/Experience:

  • A good university degree or its equivalent in Accounting (HND/BS.c Accounting)
  • Professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/ICAN
  • Minimum of 4 post NYSC years working experience in a similar role (2 years in a Managerial Position)
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent and accurate spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational skills with good time management.
  • Punctual and neat.
  • Advanced interpersonal verbal and written communications skills.
