JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as bridge between a specific Business Unit /subsidiary and ITG co-ordinating planning and operational activities maximizing the value provided by systems to that particular BU or Subsidiary. In addition, work with users to identify ways in which IT Services can benefit their business and define the detail of their requirement in terms of functionality and performance.

JOB FUNCTION
1.Maintain an understanding of business’ processes and their IT needs
2.Provide Subsidiaries with advice, guidance, and assistance in the identification, selection, testing, and analysis of
IT Services’ capabilities
3.Work with users to define the detail of their requirements, in terms of functionality and performance
4.Ensure business requests align with IT strategy and recommend IT solutions that will maximize influence and
business processes improvements
5.Draw out business prioritisation process – assist in ‘making the case’ for funding and supporting stakeholder
discussion leading to approval
6.Represent specific business user constituencies in developing SLAs ensuring that realistic but robust
requirements are submitted
7.Produce systems development specifications in alignment with expressed business needs
8.Interact within ITG structure facilitating the understanding of specific requirements and adequate packaging of
service for represented BUs
9. Monitor overall and BU specific operational service performance against SLAs within specific user constituencies
10. Monitor specific functionality build, ensuring requirements, budget and calendar are respected
11. Assist with service release acceptance and user testing

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
First degree in Business or ICT related Discipline. An MBA is an added advantage. Knowledge of business modeling conventions and/or a mainstream software development framework (e.g. CMMI) are an advantage

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3- 5 years IT Service Delivery experience or Minimum of 3 years Technical Account Management experience for ICT solution Provider for Financial Services Industry Clients.
