Job Description
* Assist with facilitating a review of DeltaAfrik’s organizational structure utilizing
appropriate tools and resources.
* Assist with making recommendations for the delivery of the new organizational
structure/model.
* Monitor and report on workable strategies/solutions for delivering the new
structure ensuring business continuity.
* Assist with conducting a review and make recommendations on how to improve
the Organization’s capabilities with regards to recruitment, retention and training
functions.
* Conduct a cultural audit.
* Work with the L&D team to preform a gap analysis of employees’ skill sets for
development purposes.
* Provide strategies for measuring success such as process milestones,
organizational benchmarks and best practices.
* Provide detailed progress reports on a timely basis.
* Ensure that tasks are completed and delivered in a timely manner in accordance
with global policies and best practices.
* Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines
of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the dept, etc
Safety – Responsible for personal safe working practices for the unit, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
