A consulting firm based in V.I Lagos is in need of the services of a Sales/Business development executive. The Sales/Business Development officer is to boost sales, develop and generate new business opportunities and also support the business development department. This department is responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids.
Qualifications
• B.Sc degree in Business Studies, management or relevant field. (MBA would be an added advantage)
• Extensive experience in a relevant field.
• 2 yrs of relevant experience with the consulting industry ( a plus)
• Good experience from having worked in a service sales related role.

• Understands clients' needs and sales requirements

Tasks
• Achieve set sales targets and implement strategies
• Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for all proposals
• Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
• Maintain the Business Development databases
• Support marketing activities, including trade, mailings, etc.
• Initiate new sales contacts
