Topic: Urgent Vacancy for a Business Development Head

We are currently seeking the services for a Business Develoment Head who will be able to do:

1. To formulate all sales strategy proposals for the organization

2. To implement the formulated sales strategy by ensuring that Business Development staff are aware of and pursue the agreed targets and objectives.

3. To monitor the performance of Business Development staff and to ensure that they are provided with the opportunity for continuous professional development .

4. To ensure that information relating to new products and new procurement practices are effectively communicated to all parties.

5. To review the communications infrastructure supporting Business Development activity
and make recommendations for improvement to the Management Team

6. To review the terms and unfavorable conditions for customers and devise and implement a system for reinforcing the best value services provided by the organization

9 To review sales strategy at regular intervals(as suitable to the organization), recommending adjustments and policy changes and taking the appropriate action in conjunction with Management.

10 To take a leading role in the recruitment of Business Development staff.
