I really do appreciate the passion and commitment shown by you all.
I intentionally excluded the website details, just because a recruiting firm has been told to do the search.
I must also state that I am happy with the intelligent ones who have sent their essays.
I did join this forum when I wanted to relocate back home but had to change my mindset from been an employee to an employer of Skilled and Brillant employees. Anyway,still glad the noise makers did not apply or heed the call.
