Job title: Order Processing Manager

Position summary:
Responsible for overseeing activities of the order processing team with the overall aim of achieving the effective and quality production and order processes.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day operations of the department
• Prepare and submit daily production report
• Ensure that every production guide form is accurate and completely filled
• Ship orders to plant using assigned DHL or ftp account
• Maintain records of all order forms
• Confirm and approve design with Graphic design team
• Organize weekly meetings with team members
• To determine, develop and implement new ways of carrying out business activities
• Confirm and ensure that the right order quantity is dispatch from plant.
• Perform other tasks commensurate with the position

Key skill and competency requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree (having an MBA or a Masters Degree would be an Advantage)
• At least three years experience in a managerial position {Having held similar position would be an advantage}
• Organized and being able to pay attention to details
• Good communication skills with a strong command of English Language
• Computer literate with ability to use Office packages effectively and save documents unto CD-R

Job title: Brand Marketing Manager

Position summary:
The Marketing manager is to work with members of his team in setting marketing strategies that will lead to acquiring new and ideal customers.

Key duties & responsibilities:
• To create weekly marketing plan
• Conduct weekly meetings with team members on objectives
• Continually review, conduct and act on competitor analysis
• Develop and determine new USP
• Take active role in the recruitment and selection of new team members
• Ensure that news about the company and its products are always in the press
• Organize new product and or service launch event
• Develop marketing promotions and advert format.
• Develop Press Releases and attend to Media enquires

Key duties & responsibilities:
• Organize daily meetings with team members
• Responsible for day to day running of the sales department.
• Maintain adequate records of all customers, orders and invoices
• To take up an active role in the engage recruitment of new departmental employees

• Lead and develop HR team to deliver the highest quality HR service to the business as well as acting as a positive role model.
• Oversee all payroll activities

• Maintain a delivery and collection manifest record.
• To determine, develop and implement new ways of carrying out business activities

• Handles order clearance from customs as dispatched from plant.
• Prepares and submit weekly departmental reports every Thursday to Operations Director.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and efficient working environment with due regard to Health and Safety.
• Perform other tasks in the department and within the organization as deemed necessary by the senior management.


Key skill and competency requirements:
• HND or Bachelors Degree in any Social Science/Humanities/Management Discipline (An MBA or a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics would be an Advantage)
