    A new company about to start up in Lagos has vacancies for the following positions:


    Job title: Order Processing Officer

    Position summary:
    Responsible for processing all customer orders.

    Key duties & responsibilities:

    • Ensure that every production guide form is accurately and completely filled
    • Ship orders to plant using assigned DHL or ftp account
    • Maintain records of all order forms
    • Review design with Graphic design team
    • Assist customers in preparing and assembling information required for effective order processing.
    • Confirm and ensure that the right order quantity is dispatch from plant.
    • Perform other tasks commensurate with the position

    Key skill and competency requirements:

    • HND or a Bachelors Degree
    • At least two years post NYSC experience (Having being in a similar position would be an advantage)

    Job title: Brand Marketing Executive

    • Forward copies of delivery / collection notes to Business Relationship Executives.

    • Attach copy of either the delivery or collection note to the outside of the customer’s packaging.
    • Physically load delivery van with customer’s order in a manner that will ensure the safety and security of the contents during transit.
    • Ensures that customers sign for all self-collected orders and maintain records.
    • Fill out relevant document for handover of consignments to delivery officer and maintain a delivery manifest record.

    • Minimum of WASSCE (Any other Higher Qualification would be an advantage)
