Each course includes video-based chapters, quizzes, post quiz feedback, key points and certificates of completion. These skills and techniques have helped millions of employees at tens of thousands of organizations worldwide.


The 22-course library is available, so that over the next 3-months, not only will the skills you learned in the classroom training be reinforced, new skills will be presented.

On average, we recommend that you review at least three courses a week. An on-line quiz will be taken at the end of each course and a score of 80% or better will be the expectation for completion. Your supervising faculty will be provided with monthly performance reports.

The "Keys" to "Successful Training” is to apply the skills learned and make them part of your day to day conversations with clients. Speed is not success, internalize the concepts before moving on and remember "Repetition is the mother of learning", the scope of this training will go well beyond the one year of training.
