A cover is just like a letter of introduction and also an attestation to your abilities and suitability for recruitment and academic pursuits, It could also stand for vouching for you, your conducts, morals and behavioural disposition. so most people get employed from a well written and well framed cover letter.

A cover letter is supposed to be a short document introducing yourself and explaining the job position being sought as a backing for ur CV. The important thing in cover letter is to show that your skills match those for the job advert.
