Our client needs an HR Manager to be responsible for the provision of operational HR advice, support services and the implementation of people strategy across a Land Transport company. You will report directly to the MD and will be responsible for an average of 200 people
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To work with director to identify opportunities to improve business performance
• Responsible for the Human Resource and safety functions for person organization.
• Reported directly to the MD and
• Successfully manage all human resource functions including, employment and staffing, administration, benefits, employee relations, communications, health, security and safety

QUALIFICATION:
• A minimum of first degree in a related discipline
• Added qualification will be an advantage
• A minimum of seven years experience of which four years could be in a courier company/ Labor Organization
• Have demonstrated success in:
a. Driving organizational change
b. Performance Management
c. Leadership Development
