Our client, an international company and major player in the service sector of the Nigerian economy seeks to recruit a dynamic and resourceful HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER to support the business goals of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Selection
Salaries and Wages Administration
Human Resource Services/Welfare
Human Resource Information and Services
Industrial Relation.
Review and Implementation of HR Policies

Required Skills/Competencies
First degree in any discipline; Apostgraduate degree will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource practice
Computer skills – proficiency in MS-office application
Ability to manage due process and procedures
Strong negotiating and presentation skills
Good communication skills – oral & written
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of personal effectiveness
Membership of CIPM will constitute an advantage
