HR - Our client a construction company located at ikoyi needs the services of a Human Resources Manager with the following:

Qualification & Skill sets
o A degree in Human Resource Management, or other related disciplines (Second Class lower minimum).
o Recorded success in development and application of HR policy formulation, recruitment and staffing, and training and development
o Minimum of 3 years working experience in Personnel Management/ HR functions
o Ability to organize, plan, counsel and lead people, processes and systems.
o Proven ability to lead recruitment, contracts management, performance appraisal, career development management, build teams, maintain high staff morale etc.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Awareness of and ability to interpret Nigerian Labour laws.
o Organizational Development: Strategic assessment and realignment of existing capacities, practices and systems.
o Policy and Process Management: Ensure implementation of HR strategies and policies
o Career Management: Advice to Management on HR new practices and their implementation (succession planning, career development and transition, strategic recruitment, contract modalities, learning plan and performance evaluation).
o Reward & Performance Management: Ensures proper staff performance management and career development by implementing sound performance appraisal and reward management structures.
o Training and Development: Serve as Learning Manager and provide support to effective learning management and promote a learning culture in the organization.
o Reporting and institutional knowledge Management: Monitor, measure and report monthly on HR and organizational activities, opportunities with generated formats.
