Group Head, Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Define overall strategic objectives of the business, preparing yearly financial budgets and business plans
• Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit
• Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall corporate objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in sales with a special exposure to the banks and other financial institutions.
• High commercial acumen and track record of dealing with key decision makers in the banking industry
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
