We urgently needs the service of an administrative/Account staff in our Legal Firm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The quality of reports printed out from the Legal Unit should reflect the quality and acceptable standard of the operation of the firm. Therefore, the person occupying the position of a Secretary shall display excellent performance by using the firm’s resources effectively and efficiently to produce outstanding work. In doing this he/she shall perform the following functions:

Legal Unit

1. Produce quality work as expected.

2. Meet-up with all tasks assigned within a stipulated period of time.

3. Handle file movement, manage and maintain the file cabinets properly.
All these must be updated every two weeks of each month.

4. Handle all incoming mails and memos and file them appropriately.

5. Handle with care all firms’ equipments which are under your supervision.

6. Maintain a list of all files and compare the list with the physical files for
audit purposes.

7. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing
Partner, Head of Chambers, Accounts/ Administrative Unit and Legal
Practitioners.

You must understand Accounting principles and its application, this willl be an added advantage as you will be requested to assist in the Accounts Unit of the Firm.

- #40,000.00 monthly for a start, increament depends on your performance during
the probationary period of employment (six months).
