A cleaning company requires the services of an administrative officer for immediate employment.

Qualifications
A good first degree from a reputable university preferably English or Mass communication.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years working experience.
Must not be older than 35 years.
Must be Female.

Must have a good oral and written communication skills to deal efficiently with customers, clients, guests, coworkers, vendors and supervisor.

Must be able to organize and maintain files, store and integrate information.

Must be able to keep records of inventory using their workplace's procedures and systems.

Must be able to assist the Office Manager/Director in all aspects of office procedures and general requirements

Must have computer skills.
